¿Cómo funciona el servicio de Vida Home?
We start with a consultation to understand your needs, budget, and preferred area. Then we look for suitable options, organize visits, and accompany you throughout the process, right up to the signing of the contract.
In which cities in the Netherlands do you work?
We help you find housing in major cities and their surroundings. Tell us the city you are interested in and we will confirm the availability of the service in that area.
¿Cuáles son los requisitos para alquilar una vivienda?
Landlords usually ask for stable income (often between three and four times the monthly rent), valid identification, and, in some cases, references or a guarantor. We will explain what is expected in your specific case.
How much does the service cost?
Our service has a cost equivalent to one month's rent of the property you find. You will only have to pay it once the property has been secured and the contract signed, always in accordance with the agreed conditions.
When is payment made?
Payment terms are agreed upon before starting and are written in your proposal, so you know at all times what you are paying and when.
Can you help me if I don't live in the Netherlands yet?
Yes. We can manage a large part of the process remotely: video calls, virtual tours, and guidance on the steps you need to take before and after your arrival.Â
Do you help freelancers and entrepreneurs?
Yes. Freelancers and entrepreneurs often face different requirements, and we help you prepare your income documentation to submit a strong application.
What documents do I need?
Generally: passport or ID document, employment contract or proof of income, recent payslips or tax returns, and bank statements. We provide you with a personalized list at the beginning.
